An independent practice, accountable for the numbers.
AngelCore Consulting is a principal-led advisory practice for private capital, owner-operators and enterprise boards. It exists for one reason: the distance between a plan that reads well in a board pack and the operating reality that decides whether that plan is ever worth anything. We work on the questions that settle what a business is worth — where margin is leaking, which technology investment pays back, and how AI gets deployed without losing control of it.
The work spans value-creation diagnostics before and after a deal, AI-to-EBITDA assessment that holds every AI case to a margin number and a payback period, digital and technology due diligence, and the governance the EU AI Act now expects from any organisation deploying AI at scale. Where a business needs the capability carried rather than advised on, we take a fractional transformation mandate and run it.
We are deliberately small. A handful of engagements at a time, and the person you meet in the first call is the person who does the work — no delivery pyramid behind the pitch. Engagements are hands-on: inside the data room, inside the operating cadence, and in the room when the decision is actually made.
AngelCore is built and run by Christos Angelis. He spent his executive career at Microsoft before moving into operating leadership as Chief Transformation Officer at the Fais Group of Companies, where he carries a cross-company transformation agenda today. His work sits where technology investment, operating discipline and governance meet — which is exactly where value is won or quietly lost.
Clients are private equity funds and their portfolio companies, owner-operators growing past the point where the numbers stop explaining themselves, and enterprise boards who need someone who can answer for the AI exposure in front of them. The measure of the work is simple: a defensible view of the value, and the plan that delivers it.
